Baked Potato Tots with Loaded Dip

I love to have quick and easy appetizer ideas on hand.
Something simple and delicious that can be whipped up at a moments notice.
Well, get ready for
Baked Potato Tots and Loaded Dip.

You really can't go wrong with a hot, golden, crispy tater tot...

and then combine that with a cool, savory dip 
with all the flavors of a loaded baked potato...

It is one crowd-pleasing taste sensation!

Baked Potato Tots with Loaded Dip

For the dip:
1 cup sour cream
3 Tablespoons of chopped chives
6-7 pieces of bacon, cooked very crisp and crumbled

Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Cook 1 bag of your favorite frozen tots according to package instructions.  Serve hot tots with cold dip!
