it's Oktoberfest Time!
I've got a simple selection of Munich munchies to get the party started.
Every German party needs a pretzel,
warm soft twists of Oktoberfest opulence.
My local German bakery has an assortment of fabulous flavors any Fräulein would love...
then a selection of German cheeses reminiscent of their people...
some direct and strong,
others soft and smooth.

Bavarian touches of woodsy mushrooms, crisp apples and chamomile,
round out this feast.

with a touch of beautiful traditions,
for me that's what Oktoberfest is all about...
just add bier!
