Cheddar Cayenne Dip
you'll need
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flur
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cloves of garlic finely grated
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup pepper jack cheese
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
In a small sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk to combine, cooking about one minute. Add milk and continue to whisk. Add garlic and stir frequently for about 5 minutes. Once its thickened, remove from heat and stir in cheeses. Once incorporated, add cayenne stir one final time and serve with hot pretzels.
