I have a confession,
I can't resist buying those mini pumpkins at the grocery store.
They are so cute and inexpensive, I've got them all over the house.
But they are also the key ingredient in my infamous
Pumpkin Pizzas!
Fresh, cheesy and everyone can customize with their favorite toppings...
For this fun and simple recipe,
you'll need mini-pumpkins, yellow spray paint, paint pens or permanent markers
and a round "stencil" that is slightly smaller than the diameter of your pumpkins
(I used a jumbo paper punch and just made a hole in a piece of card stock)
Place stencil on top of pumpkin and apply a few light layers of spray paint,
allowing to dry a few minutes after each layer.
Then your pizza is ready for toppings...
I add pepperoni...
black olives...
mushrooms and bell peppers and then
then make sure the crust is golden brown...
The perfect Fall Dinner is ready in no time...
Make them while they're hot!!
