Lunch box fiesta

Lunch should be a fiesta!
You are about half way through the day, you've worked hard and you are hungry.
I'm heading south of the border to pack my kids' lunch...

A taco sandwich gets the party started...

chips and salsa, just make everyone happy...

fresh fruit and paper flowers add pizzaz...

and who can resist a churro?

Olé!

Taco Sandwiches are my new favorite amigo.

Place a tortilla on top of kitchen twine and top with lettuce and chicken...

then tomatoes...

and mucho queso...

then tie it up...

The best part is I got everything at Safeway 

and this all took minutes to get ready.

How fácil is that?
