We've got Spirit! A colorful party for the Big Game

I am thrilled to celebrate The Big Game with  SNICKERS®Skittles®  and Starburst®I was compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. its advertiser.  All opinions are mine #BigGameTreats #CollectiveBias

The fun of football party is all about the team spirit.
We all have our favorite team (whether they are playing or not!) and
I love to celebrate any Big Game in a sweet and colorful way.

Our "Rah" Bar,
let everyone customize their treats to match their favorite team's color.

We got the party started with
Skittles® Team Spirit Sparklers...

All the kids loved making their own colorful drinks.
Just choose a color...

fill your cup with sparkling water and ice...

drop in your Skittles...

watch them dissolve,
give it a stir...

and enjoy!

Any Big Game celebration is more fun with a little competition.
Our  SNICKERS® - Doodle Game

consisted of everyone writing down their guess of the final game score...

dropped in a jar, and ready for the Winner-to-Take-ALL the Snickers!
(in the event that no one got it correct,
we were ready to add the final score together, then add our guesses,
whoever was closest to the combined final score total would win)

Fun Fruit Footballs
(simply "laced up" with edible markers)...

and other team color snacks were gobbled up throughout the party...

I just can't host any event without a favor.
Freshly baked Quarterback Sneak "Snick"-ers...

as a sweet treat for everyone to take home...

The key to these decadent football cookies is
tossing in chopped Snickers...

baked until golden "pigskin" brown and shaped with a football cookie cutter...

decorated with icing...

and they amazingly "sneak" away...

One last touch to get everyone cheering,
were our colorful football balloons.
They were blown up, then decorated with black markers...

placed into a Starburst® filled jar and anchored with a little clear tape.
The perfect bright, happy and sweet touch,
that each family took home...

Skittles Team Spirit Sparklers
Fill a 12 oz cup with ice and your favorite sparkling water
Drop in 5 -8 Skittles, let them start to dissolve and stir
Enjoy the colorful, bubbly beverage while you cheer.
(candies may not completely dissolve, so I think it's best sipped through a straw then fish out the candy)

Quarterback Sneak "Snick"-ers Cookies
makes about 30 cookies
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature

3/4 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
12 fun size Snickers, coarsely chopped

Directions
Heat oven to 375° F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat to combine. Gradually add the flour mixture. Fold in the chopped Snickers.

Drop tablespoon-size mounds of dough 2 inches apart onto the  baking sheets. Bake until  brown around the edges, about 12 minutes. Transfer to a baking rack to cool. Then cut with football cookie cutter (the cook gets the bits that you cut away!) and decorate with colored icing.

Walmart was my one stop shop for all the treats.
The candy aisle started with oodles of Skittles and Starbursts
and the Snickers were just steps away in the chocolate candy section...

So are you ready for some football?
I would love to know how you celebrate.
