Happy July!

It is hot but I have the perfect way to stay cool...

Iced Coffee Granitas

These International Delight Iced Coffees are my new addiction.

I love having them on hand,

all the fun of coffee house drinks right at home.

For these granitas I used Mocha flavor only because my daughter and her friends,

swiped the Caramel Macchiato as soon as I brought it home from the store.

Simply pour Iced Coffee into a pie dish and fill until it is about 1/2" deep...

Freeze for at least 4 hours...

then scrape with a fork until it is the consistency of shaved ice...

Icy, creamy, refreshing and

the Mocha has just the right combo of Coffee and Chocolate...
