I love a good Mimosa,
especially on Mother's Day.
I decided to make some special Moms into
Sugar Mommas
with
Mimosa Sugar Scrub
so simple and it smells amazing...
I used oranges, grapeseed oil
(to play on the "champagne theme" but you can use any light colored oil)
and sugar...that's it!
mix the oil in with the sugar...
squeeze half of an orange...
then stir in orange peel...
I was going to add orange essential oil for fragrance but I didn't even need it,
the orange juice and peel added just enough
Cheers Mommas!
Mimosa Sugar Scrub
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup grape seed oil
juice of 1/2 orange
zest of 1 orange
mix all ingredients together
(you can add more or less sugar/oil until you get the consistency you like)
it should last at least a few weeks in a container kept in a cool dry place
