Strawberries and Tomatoes for Earth Day

It was a beautiful weekend here.
My son and I spent A LOT of time at the nursery stocking up on plants
and getting our garden in tip-top shape.

We had a some extras,
so we decided to give a few out for
Earth Day,
in recycled containers, of course!

Strawberries and "Cream"...

Strawberry plants nestled in cream containers,
waiting for a new home...

and Tomato "Soup"...

Tomato plants that CAN't wait for
a sunny place in the garden...

 Happy Earth Day!

  3. So clever, Alexis! And, I love the giving nature that you are teaching your son and daughter. I have no doubt they will grow up to be as generous and creative as you!

Caught up on the previous posts....love the dipped fudgesicles. I can do that one and my boys would be thrilled! The tax day relief so cute...and love knowing your connection to Boston. I feel like the past week was such a heavy hearted one for everyone.

    These are definite day brighteners!
