Mini Muffins for Middle School (White Trash Muffins that is)

On the last day of school, 
 many 6th Grade Hillview Hawks
enjoyed the debut of 
the White Trash Coffee Cake,
 as a mini muffin...





it may be our mini muffin of the summer!

    We *heart* White Trash Coffee Cake! It's our family's new favorite weekend breakfast. We've done the donuts, now we'll have to try the mini muffins!
