Baked Alaska...The Last Frontier

We are getting ready for a big trip to 

"The Last Frontier".

My kids had never heard of Baked Alaska 

so I was so happy when I found this EASY recipe.

So, today we learned: 

what the Alaskan State Flag looks like, 

"The Last Frontier" is the state motto, 

my son makes a mean meringue and...

our Baked Alaska with Mint Chip Ice Cream is 

really good!
